Unconsiously, one month’s studies will go. Looking back at days in camp china, I can sum up my experience in one word: worthwhile! Because camp china has enabled me to “grow” as a person.
I’m from class 19. Jim and Carol are our foreign teachers. I can clearly remember the day I meet them on the afternoon. And I still can hear the slow sounds when they introduced themselves.
The next day, colorful classes began. Carol and Jim introduced Christmas day, tought us Christmas songs. They let us learn knowledge happily. In the classes, conversations are necessary. The foreign teachers encourage us to speak ourselves; they correct wrong pronunciation; help us improve English. “If you try , you can be better.” This sentence is spoken to us by foreign teachers. Thanks to it ,we strengthen confidence ,improve our courage. At the same time we are studying we also have games--- use eyes and hands fast, spell words , sing songs, interesting mazes and so on. They make our thinking more swift. They embroider lively class.
After a week, Carol left for home. It made us a little sad, but it did not take our interest in English away. Because Jim is glad to stay here to teach us. Let us treasure the memory up.
The next three weeks , Golidie, Matt ,Vic take turn to teach us. They are very warm—hearted. They give us the best way to make us know the charm of the English.
In the afternoon , we have English corner, rehearse repertoire. These activities make us relaxed.
In the evening, we have the communication of American ,Chinese culture. We also see the films, act. We have exhibited idiosyncrasy.
Although, the camp china will conclude. But I will remember the everything in camp china . Here, I have made friends, improved English, and learned more about American culture. I’ll miss it. I hope camp china will be better and better.
